Job Description: Focused on elevating the Taco Bell Customer Experience to World Class levels, the Customer Programs and Brand Measures Team designs, implements, and provides insights and recommendations based on learnings from Taco Bell’s Customer Experience Programs/Outlets such as: The primary focus will be reporting and insights related to the CORE program for presentation to the Executive Team and distribution to Above Restaurant Leaders and Franchisees. Success in this role provides growth opportunity both within the team and more broadly within the Restaurant Excellence department, or other (eg. Finance) departments. Job Responsibilities: | |
