Taco Bell Foundation for Teens

Supports Strategic Giving & Partnerships lead with administrative tasks related to the local grants process, including:

Keeping online grants management system updated (contacts, requests, budgets, reports)

Notifying organizations via online grants management system on grant decisions

Ensuring appropriate applications and progress reports are collected and accounted for within the communicated timeline, and noting one-off agreements with grantees

Pulling reports and consolidating information for local giving recommendations

Assist with pulling assets and data from progress reports on a quarterly basis

Assist with drafting and storing grantee’s letter of agreements and submitting weekly grant payments

Responds to unsolicited and grantee questions via email and phone

Scholarships

Work with external partners to administer and house scholarship letter of agreements accordingly

Lead the one-time consolidation of scholarship information into database and continue to update database as recipients are awarded funds

Partnerships

Obtain necessary signatures for partner related contracts and keep files updated with appropriate contracts


Taco Bell Corporate Contributions

Assist with overall budget tracking

Manage all donation requests, including check requests, AP follow ups, and noting donations on budget tracker

Respond to unsolicited non-Taco Bell Foundation for Teens community donation phone calls and emails
Assist in the management of the Orange County Grants program process, including filtering through local requests, online grants management system & notifying organizations of funding decisions.




Associates Degree

Previous experience in grant administration and/or general business administration required

Interest in the community affairs field

General understanding of 501c3 and/or corporate community giving a plus

Individual must be organized, detailed oriented, proactive, and solution oriented/a problem solver
Comfortable with managing multiple tasks and details at one time, and manage information in a trackable, structured fashion
