We’re Taco Bell and we are looking to add to our core social media team. We aren’t just looking for anyone who knows how to tweet and post though. We are looking for someone that is obsessed with Taco Bell. Here’s a test to see if you have what it takes.

As our Social Media Coordinator, you will be our voice across social media channels and work closely with our team to bring our personality to life across Twitter, Facebook, G+, IG, Snapchat and Vine. You will also provide input on new platforms and trends that you see in Social Media and identify opportunities for us to do things that have never been done. Whether it’s being the first large brand on Snapchat or seeing a post asking for Speedos...and delivering on it, we are looking for unconventional and creative thinking as well as the ability to craft witty responses in real-time.

Here are some responsibilities:



    - Engage with our Twitter community on a consistent basis and identify opportunities for real-time marketing.
    - Develop and execute a weekly engagement plan across social channels.
    - Be hands on with community management for Taco Bell across social media channels.
    - Continue delivering consistent Taco Bell social “voice” that uniquely speaks to our audience.
    - Analyze previous efforts to enhance the effectiveness of posted content, with an eye toward creating deeper engagement opportunities.
    - Work directly with the Brand Marketing team to develop innovative promotional opportunities that users will embrace.
    - Provide ongoing, measureable insights to the product teams on how users are experiencing Taco Bell social channels, and where changes/improvements can be made.


Requirements:



    - A 4-year degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, journalism or English
    - Two+ years professional experience in social media or community management
    - Comfortable with developing content, communicating with users, and presenting to internal teams
    - Expert communicator with high attention to detail and a love for spelling and grammar
    - Have the ability to draw insights from a combination of metrics / anecdotal data
    - Be smart, fast, comfortable with change, innovative and entrepreneurial.
    - Be witty, but not pretentious; be sassy, but not mean
    - High professional level of maturity
