Job Description:

Focused on elevating the Taco Bell Customer Experience to World Class levels, the Customer Programs and Brand Measures Team designs, implements, and provides insights and recommendations based on learnings from Taco Bell’s Customer Experience Programs/Outlets such as:


    - Voice of Customer (Customer Survey)
    - CORE, a 3rd Party standards and compliance assessment
    - 1-800 Customer Hotline
    - Social Media

The primary focus will be reporting and insights related to the CORE program for presentation to the Executive Team and distribution to Above Restaurant Leaders and Franchisees. Success in this role provides growth opportunity both within the team and more broadly within the Restaurant Excellence department, or other (eg. Finance) departments.


Job Responsibilities:


    - Provide detail and summary reporting on overall performance, trends, and correlations to business initiatives and results
    - Assist in developing recommendations to evolve CORE program and/or operating processes
    - Assist in evolving Field (Restaurant & Above Restaurant) reporting to enhance user experience and understanding
    - Provide support for reporting questions/requests from Field
    - Periodically work with internal IT team to ensure data accuracy


    - BA/BS degree
    - Proficient with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
    - Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail
    - Self-starter, able to anticipate, identify, and address business needs autonomously
    - Ability to understand and quickly learn database query execution
    - Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
    - Strong communication skills
    - Strong team player with customer service orientation, who assists without being asked
