Job Responsibilities:

· Manage successor pipeline for all remodels and scrape projects to execute on asset strategy set by Development team and ensure Taco Bell's interests are timely met and adequately protected

· Evaluate and determine need for new processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness; work with a variety of data systems to manage successor pipeline and document asset action progress

· Key stakeholder and Administrator for ongoing development of Customer Relationship Management database designed to automate management of assets; provide training and build knowledge base

· Provide zero sum analysis for Franchise Development and corresponding ad hoc analysis to promote and drive Franchise successor development

· Interpret and implement management policies and consult with Franchisees and Development Leads and Franchise Business Management Directors related to successor asset actions

· Establish remodel timelines; manage remodel process for 350 Franchise organizations; supervise Coordinator to ensure Taco Bell's interests are timely met and adequately protected. Evaluate and determine need for new processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness

· Demonstrate and high level of intellectual curiosity and ability to take current or non-existent analysis and development reporting and determined appropriate work flows to drive development growth and efficiencies

· Collaborate with cross functional and internal teams to determine asset strategy reviews

Job Requirements:

· BA or BS required

· Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Business, Finance or Restaurant development.

· Must have a minimum of 3 years strong Project Management experience

· Must have strong financial and analytical skills

· Must have excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask well and work independently

· Must have strong communications skills both verbal and written

· Ability to problem solve and clearly identify/frame issues

· Must have strong facilitation/presentation skills
