Associate Analyst, FP & A Job (Irvine, CA, US)

Taco Bell is looking for an Associate Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team, which is part of the Strategic Planning and Analysis group. This position is ideal for individuals with high accountability, great relationship building skills, with great attention to details, and a drive for results. In this role, you will:

· Assist with forecast, period-end close, variance analysis and research

· Assist with General & Administrative expense quarterly analysis

· Work cross-functionally with all departments budget owners to monitor performance and proper classification of expenses in overheads and accounts

· Set up and maintain Headcount Database & update timely with changes

· Provide Headcount coordination between HR & Finance

· Assist in Org Charts updates and centralize maintenance

· Provide ad-hoc analyses

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• New graduates should have a demonstrated interest in financial analysis via top grades in an analytical major, internships/volunteering in a related field, or business club participation
• Experienced candidates should have a background in financial analysis

· CPA is a plus

· Strong analytical skills

· Strong computer skills, including Excel modeling

· Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking, and desire to have an impact on our organization

· Strong team player with customer service orientation, who assists without being asked
