Reporting in to the QA Director, the Senior Product Manager manages Taco Bell's compliance, food safety and quality programs for specific food categories and ingredients. The role also provides Quality and Food Safety guidance to The Restaurant Excellence team, as well as National Marketing Calendar and training initiatives.


Job Responsibilities:

· Leads the Product Management team and suppliers to develop industry defining Food Safety & Quality Management Programs

· Grows and develops the Product Management team to deliver world class food safety and quality results

· Leverages resources to deliver breakthrough results based on business priorities

· Ensures superior food quality by establishing measurable performance goals and monitoring the supplier performance.

· Commercializes and develops new plants and/or ingredients as needed to support business initiatives

· Communicates updates to the Executive Team, Franchise Partners and Regulatory Officials



Job Requirements:

· Minimum B.S. in Food Science, Meat Science, Animal Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or Microbiology

· Proven Leadership Skills

· 5+ years in a senor Quality Management role

· Full understanding of HACCP, GMP and SPC

· Strong project management skills

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills

· Excellent analytical capabilities

· Strong organizational skills

· Preferred strong knowledge, experience and/or degree in Microbiology

· High level of motivation and driven to succeed
