Taco Bell’s Corporate Franchise Business Management department in Irvine, CA is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This position will support 1 VP and 3 Directors.


The ideal candidate will be a high energy individual who is self directed and able to easily handle multiple and changing priorities. Strong computer and communication skills are required. Responsibilities will include administrative work such as scheduling and maintaining Four demanding calendars, heavy travel coordination with additional responsibility for meeting and offsite planning. Highest level of confidentiality due to information sensitivity is a must.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Time-manage Directors by continuously tracking, anticipating, prioritizing, and owning several extremely heavy calendars
  • Orchestrate Success Mapping meetings with Franchisees and other high level executives
    • Travel and meeting logistics (ie. meeting space, lunches, AV needs etc.)
    • Coordinate with other calendars to enable meeting
  • Heavy travel scheduling for multiple FBMT team members
  • Prepare and edit department presentations, emails and memos
  • Team with other Administrative Assistant members in and out of the department to:
    • prepare and orchestrate corporate-level meetings, monthly department meetings and offsites
    • manage workload, office supplies, calendars
    • increase efficiencies and beat year-ago mentality

Job Requirements:

  • Must have 5-7 years administrative experience.
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel are also required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and advanced organizational skills. Self-direction is a must.
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced, high volume, constantly changing environment with minimum direction and under very tight deadlines
