Position Overview: We are currently looking for creative, self-directed problem solvers that have a passion for innovation and the ability to lead cross-functional teams of associates across multiple disciplines. As part of our Marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in identifying key consumer insights, ideating to create new product/promotional ideas, leading teams in the development of multiple product and/or promotional opportunities, formulating marketing plans, and launching new products into the marketplace to drive growth in sales and profits. Candidates should have a passion for the consumer, a love of marketing, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced business environment. We’re looking for strong, team-oriented leaders that are a fit with our dynamic recognition culture and that want to “Live Mas!” Job Responsibilities: - Strategic development and execution of multiple marketing initiatives from concept phase to national launch. - Ability to analyze market research, industry trends, and the competitive marketplace to identify breakthrough brand and product opportunities and make recommendations to senior leadership. - Independently lead cross-functional teams from a variety of departments including consumer insights, product development, advertising, merchandising, operations, and finance. - Formulate marketing plans to effectively and efficiently engage our consumer target. - Ability to drive strategy with teams to generate breakthrough results. | |
- BA or BS Degree; MBA strongly preferred - 5-7 years industry experience preferred; Relevant experience in QSR/Restaurant industry, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or in other marketing disciplines - Strong logical and strategic thinking skills - Experience in identifying strategic issues and in leading the development and execution of programs to resolve them - Proactively develop creative solutions and lead cross functional teams - Strong project management, presentation, inter-personal and influencing skills - Experience managing talented, diverse individuals |
