Position Overview: This position is accountable for ensuring flawless execution of new product rollouts in the field and successfully managing complex projects and platforms to ensure food initiatives are operationally ready for National Implementation while simultaneously coaching and developing a team that exhibits the Taco Bell Live Mas Culture. Core Responsibilities: Operations · Manages complex rapidly changing projects requiring cross functional and crisis like collaboration · Ensure new products and platforms are designed to Taco Bell Standards and enable World Class Operations (consistent customer experience). · Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Training and Field Operators on the creation of test timelines, field participation, field tours and project success criteria. · Attain qualitative and quantitative feedback throughout test life cycle to hone operational processes & procedures for flawless National execution · Provide actionable insights and innovative solutions that balance operational and business needs · Drive Alignment within project teams and Restaurant Excellence Leadership on key milestones and decisions · Confidently present operation considerations, insights and recommendations to Senior Leadership, Franchisees and Above Restaurant field Teams with clarity and ease Team Development Responsible for coaching, developing and mentoring team members | |
Job Requirements: · Must have a minimum of 7 years of solid restaurant operations knowledge/experience · Must have strong project management experience and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously · Must have proven ability to impact and influence others · Must be able to identify and drive innovative ideas to help deliver results and develop best in class team · Must be able to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment under pressure while driving results · Must have a proven track record of being able to successfully bring others along and gain organization alignment · Assess complex situations and make streamlined recommendations · Must be able to think quickly on your feet and adapt readily to change · Must be able to travel 25-30% locally and across country · Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Preferred: · Bachelors Degree · Franchise and Field Experience |
