We are looking for an Analyst to join the Taco Bell International Finance team. This position is ideal for individuals with high accountability, strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a drive for results. In this role, you will: - Assess and prioritize international markets for Taco Bell’s expansion, focusing on the macro environment, competitive landscape, supply chain feasibility, consumer trends, etc. - Responsible for the TB International reporting and forecasting, including period close, quarterly forecast and the Annual Operating Plan - Support period P&L review process by recapping actual results versus plan & forecast, preparing period variance reports for business owners and analyzing key performance drivers. Monitor P&L line items during period close, research and document variances - Develop quarterly financial forecasts that incorporate current business trends and business strategies for current and new investments. Quantify and articulate risks and opportunities in achieving forecast. Create ad hoc high level forecast to provide insights into areas of risk and opportunity and influence business strategies - Partner with Yum! Accounting and Taco Bell Finance to consolidate TB International P/L actual results to Taco Bell on a period basis - Provide detailed financial analyses for new market business models and capital requests - Engage actively with cross-functional teams in developing strategies, analyzing risk, developing business case, and exploring alternatives - Demonstrate a high level of intellectual curiosity and think outside existing financial models to provide ad-hoc analyses and deeper exploration as appropriate on issues that can have a high impact on the organization's ability to drive profits | |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - 2-5 years experience in Finance, Accounting, or Consulting (audit, strategy) - Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving capability - Strong analytical skills with experience modeling complex business decisions - Ability to frame complex business issues in a straightforward manner and influence diverse customers in cross-functional settings - Proven track record of simultaneously and effectively supporting multiple complex projects - Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking, and desire to have a large impact on our organization - Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills - Strong team player with customer service orientation, who assists without being asked |
