Position Overview: The QA team is responsible for ensuring the quality of all restaurant technology prior to deployment to all company owned and franchised restaurants, which in turn affects store level operations. The QA Analyst is accountable for ensuring “Restaurant Ready” solutions by creating and executing test plans to verify and validate restaurant technology. Job Functions: | |
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field - 5-7 years in a professional QA role, at least 2 of which are in a leadership role - Proven leadership and people growing experience - Experience with test toolset. Quality Center, QTP, and LoadRunner preferred. - Technical experience in Linux, Windows operating systems, SQL, DB2, XML and networking are required. - The ability to read and understand business, functional, and technical specifications as well as other technical documents. - Proficient in developing test plans and cases from requirements, functional and technical design documentation. - Good organizational skills & ability to multitask well - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong problem solving ability
