Position Overview:

The objective of this role is to provide insight and offer solutions that support Taco Bell’s global brand marketing and local specific business objectives from a digital and social media perspective.

The analyst will have an understanding of marketing analytics, monitor and analyze industry and internet trends.

Job Responsibilities:


    - Review Taco Bell brand sites globally, recommend ways to improve online presence and align with global essence, and share best practices.
    - Work closely with the Taco Bell U.S. digital and social media team to understand strategy and execution of social media presence and leverage content where applicable.
    - Interface with internal Yum marketing leaders as well as directly with franchisees on occasion and influence them to optimize their online presence and activities.
    - Work with markets to create online media calendars, ensure proper online messaging and relevancy, consistency of messaging, continuous monitoring and coverage of all brand sites globally. (i.e. recommend content strategy for FB).
    - Provide broader marketing support to TBI team and the field by channeling information from the US to the field and consult on implications, respond to ad hoc requests for digital assets,TVC’s, product pipeline, test data, while also providing consumer insights, creating Marketing workshop content, meeting planning and budget tracking.





    - Must have BA/BS
    - Must have 3-5 years of online, interactive and/or digital marketing experience
    - Must have 5+ years total marketing and/or advertising industry experience.
    - Web strategy execution and analytics is a must along with online branding, media and campaign management and online search
    - Passion and curiosity for the social/digital space – well versed with digital trends in social media, emerging and existing technologies
    - Self starter, entrepreneurial spirit
    - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams is a must
    - Must have demonstrable social networking experience and possess a strong familiarity with online marketing best practices
    - Expert knowledge of social networking channels
    - Must be able to work with individuals with diverse and global backgrounds
