Taco Bell is currently looking for an Associate Manager, Communications. In the role of a Writer/Editor/Content Manager for the Taco Bell internal websites, you will collaborate with key business partners to develop clear, relevant, engaging content that drives company goals and brand strategy.

Job Overview

As a Writer/Editor/Content Manager for the Taco Bell internal websites, you will collaborate with key business partners to develop clear, relevant, and engaging content that drives brand strategy and culture.


Job Functions:

· Create and edit internal communications (web-based, email, etc.) for system-wide audiences.

· Build know around, and help to improve, the audience/user experience. Especially in terms of stronger engagement and use of social media.

· Collaborate with content experts to develop comprehensive and impactful communication plans for key areas of the business, especially in support of HR, culture-based initiatives and Events.

· Develop communications capability-- personally and among content providers and employees

· BA in Communications-related field

· Minimum of 4 years experience in agency setting or in-house department producing and maintaining content for websites or other online media

· Excellent writing for the Web and Editing skills

· Experience in information simplification to help clarify, simplify and integrate communications, improving message retention and the user experience

· Strong project management and communication skills to direct and align key stakeholders in the content development process

· Critical thinking and attention to detail to maintain and connect overall content strategy throughout the sites

· Excellent interpersonal skills, professional maturity, team player, proactive mindset

· Technical Skills: Familiar with web-based content management and basic Photoshop image editing, plus a general understanding of the different types of media and web technologies (social networking, back-end solutions, etc.)
