Awareness and Engagement • Develop and execute integrated messaging plans aimed at raising awareness for and increasing engagement with the Taco Bell Foundation for Teens: • Among external and internal stakeholders • Across owned, earned and paid media channels • Identify, develop and manage new partnerships and spokespersons to support messaging goals • Manage external PR agency • Collaborate closely with Taco Bell Media, Brand Experience, PR , Digital and Internal Communications Teams Fundraising • Develop and execute fundraising programs in collaboration with TB Corporate, Operations, IT and Digital Teams as well as new partners: • Set Yearly Fundraising Goals • Execute National and Integrate Local Fundraisers • Sunset current in-restaurant Canister Program • Develop fundraising programs for internal events (FRANMAC, Owners’ Forum) • Identify new revenue streams in and above restaurant • From Customers, Employees, Franchise Partners (FRANMAC), Taco Bell Corp, external partners/vendors • Manage vendors and partners associated fundraising efforts General • Set and manage budgets associated with Marketing and Fundraising expenses • Lead Fundraising Committee (subcommittee of Board of Directors) • Report on Marketing and Fundraising related activities to BOD at large | |
Job Requirements • Graduate Degree in Marketing or Non-Profit Management • 5+ years relevant experience in Brand Management, Public Relations, Non-Profit Marketing or Non-Profit Business Development (client or agency side) • QSR/Retail experience strongly preferred • Franchise Management experience strongly preferred • Proven cross-functional leadership skills • Strong project management skills a MUST |
