KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Customer Programs – Customer Satisfaction Survey and Customer Comment Program (75%)
    • Derive and Communicate Actionable Insights both in the restaurants and Corp Office (25%)
    • Manage Vendor Relationships (25%)
    • Innovate to ensure Programs are industry-leading (eg. embed Social Media into Insight process) (25%)

· Lead Evolution of Customer Programs Dashboard (System-wide Reporting Website) (25%)

  • Develop future leaders for the Restaurant Excellence and/or the overall Taco Bell team
  • Embody and promote Culture that breeds Trust and instills Value that drives Performance


DAY-TO-DAY INTERACTIONS/DUTIES

  • Analyze business performance as measured by Customer Programs to identify and communicate trends, Insights, and Actions to restaurant teams and Corp office partners
  • Facilitate strong partnerships/communication with Field and Corp office (cross-functional) partners
  • Ensure continuous optimization of Customer Programs through personal assessment, soliciting feedback from Operators (CO & FR), and exploring industry
  • Work with peers, partners, and vendors to ensure projects drive toward industry-leading programs

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Customer Insight mindset, with IT/Database understanding preferred
  • Restaurant support or Operations experience beneficial
